Are You Part of God's Family?

More important than going to our church- or ANY church- is being 100% certain that when you die, you will go to Heaven. God says you CAN be! That's why the Bible says, "These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life" (1 John 5:13)

To be 100% sure that you will go to Heaven, there are four things you need to know:

1. We are all sinners.

"As it is written, there is none righteous, no, not one". (Rom.3:10) "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God". (Rom. 3:23)

2. God has a price on sin.

" For the wages of sin is death..." (Rom. 3:23a) The word death in this verse is referring to hell. "And death and Hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death." (Rev. 20:14)

3. God gives a way out.

"...but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." (Rom. 6:23b) "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." (Rom. 5:8)

4. You can receive God's free gift of eternal life simply by acknowledging that you are a sinner, and trusting in Him to save you.

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved....For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." (Rom. 10:9,11)

Just pray a prayer like this one from your heart-----
"Lord Jesus, I know that I'm a sinner and that you died and rose from the dead for me. Please forgive me from my sin and take me to Heaven when I die. Thank You! AMEN "

Congratulations! Now you're a child of God!

"For as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name." (John 1:12)

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved." (John 3:16,17)
